Getting started

Joining the STR Global Hotel Survey is easy - and the business benefits are immediate. It will take less than 15 minutes to complete the forms - and don't forget participating in the survey is free. Once you have signed up, we'll send you an on-line password so you can access our hotel performance databases immediately.

This is where you provide us with details of your hotel.

Here's where we need data showing your available and occupied rooms and your net rooms revenue. We need data up to the current month, as well as for the previous year. This is needed to ensure comparability, enabling your hotel to feature in the year-to-date figures and year-on-year comparisons in our reports.

If your internal management reports contain this information we are happy to accept these. Also if you have a portfolio of properties wishing to participate, please contact us to discuss the most efficient way of handling this.

When you've sent us your completed forms, we will explain how to make your monthly submissions. We need to receive your data within 5 days of month end, to ensure your reports are released on time.
