If you are considering developing or acquiring a new hotel or changing your business tactics in a key market, STR Global Historic Trend Reports are a cost-effective way to access the necessary market data. This report will help you understand the performance of a specific hotel market or of a selection of hotels, presenting the data in a user-friendly format.
Each report is delivered within two working days (faster turnaround times are available) and provides six years of historical data including occupancy, average room rate, and revPAR, with data presented on a monthly, annual, year-to-date and moving average basis.
